1. CONSULTATION

  • Detailed room-by-room review from front of house, inside the house, garden. 
  • Decide what furniture is required, number of rooms,
  • Any minor repair works, painting, storage of furniture required.
    Recommendations provided in a report within 24 hrs
  • Consultation fee £250 deducted from the staging fee if contract starts.
  • Quote is based on number of rooms, furniture, soft furnishings, lighting needed but everything is on a rental basis with the aim of working with the estate agent to achieve a fast sale. 

2. PREPARATION

  • The homeowners proceed with addressing the recommendations outlined, this usually involves packing personal possessions away and agreeing what will stay and go until the house is sold.

  • Improvements and necessary repairs are carried out

  • All aspects of entrance to the house and garden are also prepared to enhance the property.

3. SHOWCASING

· The home is showcased with carefully selected furniture, art, accessories, lighting and more.
